GOING BEYOND
The Going Beyond Employees Achieving More© workshop series teaches participants how to understand the relationship between personal resources and behaviors and how to overcome barriers to becoming self-sufficient. This educational series gives participants time to learn new concepts and class exercises which help reiterate the lessons learned. At the end of the workshop, participants have a written plan of action identifying their path to a better job or career advancement. This plan becomes their road map while working with a coach to meet their goals successfully.

The Way To Work is proud to offer Going Beyond Employees Achieving More© as a published curriculum. This curriculum was created after the team tried several others, realizing that they were all written from a middle-class point of view and at an assumed comprehension level of someone with a higher education than most of our clients enjoy. The instructional team used its vast experience in business, research, and experience teaching those adults raised in generational poverty to create this comprehensive curriculum that teaches workplace fundamentals and employer expectations in simple, straightforward language that clients can understand and use in everyday life.
